This route allows companies to transfer workers from their overseas offices to their UK branch for a specific period of time.

 

Similarly to a Tier 2 visa, the applicant must have a valid Sponsorship from a licenced Sponsor and must meet the maintenance requirement.

 

Intra Company Transfer categories:

 

Long Term

 

This visa is for transfers for migrants for a role that cannot be filled by a UK recruiter for over 12 months. In most cases you will need to establish that the migrant has worked for your overseas company for at least 12 months.

 

Graduate Trainee

 

This category enables a company to transfer a recent graduate from their overseas entity to undertake a training programme in the UK.
