Cancellation Form for Distance/Off-Premises Contracts

If your matter is an off-premises contract / distance selling contract, then you have the right to cancel your instructions with us within 14 calendar days of receiving our client care letter. Our client care letter will confirm if this right to cancel applies to you. Our terms of engagement set out clearly your right to cancel and the effects of cancellation.
