I deserve to have asylum accommodation but the Home Office have not provided me with this, can I challenge this?
We know that there can be delays by the Home Office in providing accommodation for asylum-seekers. There are different forms of asylum accommodation namely, Section 4, Section 95 and Section 98 NASS accommodation’, and there are times when a delay in being given accommodation mean that you are actually left street homeless.
This is wrong. We can challenge delays in providing this accommodation by judicial review, and force the Home Office to provide accommodation as a matter of urgency. We know that there can be delays by the Home Office in providing accommodation for asylum-seekers.
