The First-Tier Tribunal refused to grant me an adjournment, can I challenge this?
From time to time the First Tier-Tribunal (FTT), Immigration and Asylum Chamber, refuse a request to adjourn (put off or postpone) a hearing. If you feel that your request for adjournment was unfairly refused, and the only way to challenge this decision is by way of judicial review, then we may be able to represent you in such a challenge, and to represent you in the FTT.
