I am a Solicitor within the Luton office, specialising in Family and Children Law proceedings.
I have experience in representing parents in relation to applications within the Court of Protection, particularly in relation to Deprivation of Liberty orders within Children Law matters. These matters are heard in the High Court and I have the expertise to deal with all aspects of these complex applications.

I have represented and advised parents on applications for Deprivation of Liberty Orders against their children, within care proceedings but also as a standalone application.

Legal aid is available in relation to deprivation of libery applications within family law and I am able to advise on and secure funding for the same.
