Natasha Patel

I am a Solicitor in the Family and Child Care department at Duncan Lewis Solicitors based in the firm's Luton office. I work with a team of caseworkers, trainees and solicitors under the supervision of director Krina Parmar.

Since joining Duncan Lewis in 2018, I have acquired extensive experience in child care matters. My area of expertise includes representing parents whose children have been removed from their care due to concerns of substance abuse, domestic abuse, poor home conditions and poor mental health.

I have experience acting for vulnerable victims of domestic abuse, helping to secure them protection by obtaining Non Molestation Orders. I also assist in Private Children Law proceedings, obtaining clients Residence Orders, Contact Orders and Prohibited Steps Orders.
