Oluwatobi Akinwande: A dedicated solicitor in the Family and Child Care department, Oluwatobi has a wealth of experience in both private and public family law. She regularly participates in pro bono surgeries, assisting prospective clients, and has provided training to professionals supporting victims of domestic violence and parents dealing with child-related matters.

 

Emily Rand: As a solicitor in the Child Care department at Duncan Lewis Solicitors, Emily has extensive experience in assisting vulnerable victims to obtain protective orders, such as a Non-Molestation Order. She is also experienced in helping clients within Private Children Law proceedings, for example, assisting clients to obtain a Child Arrangements Order, Prohibited Steps Order or a Specific Issue Order.

 

Natasha Patel: Based in the Luton office of Duncan Lewis Solicitors, Natasha specialises in representing parents whose children have been removed due to issues such as substance abuse, domestic violence, and poor mental health.
