I am a Solicitor within the Luton office, specialising in Family and Children Law proceedings.
I have experience in representing parents in relation to applications within the Court of Protection, particularly in relation to Deprivation of Liberty orders within Children Law matters. These matters are heard in the High Court and I have the expertise to deal with all aspects of these complex applications.

In the past I have assisted in representing parties where applications in relation to Forced Marriage Protection Orders have required parallel Court of Protection proceedings due to issues of capacity. The mentioned case required the court to determine issues in such a specialist and unique area of law that was heard in the Court of appeal.

Legal aid is available in relation to Court of protection matters within family law and I am able to advise on and secure funding for the same.
