Immigration Solicitors

Duncan Lewis’ Immigration Department is set to expand across all six of their offices. More than 120 immigration solicitors, trainees and caseworkers make up the current Duncan Lewis immigration team to cover three of their offices; Hackney, Harrow and Shepherds Bush. All of our immigration team have been accredited by the law society’s immigration accreditation scheme; most of who are level 2. At present the Immigration Team provide a high quality immigration service to clients who are local to these three branches.

Our Immigration Team also provide a Saturday service from their Hackney Branch and regularly provide a service at the various detention centres across the country.

The Legal Services Commission (LSC) has awarded Duncan Lewis solicitors a contract to provide Immigration (Asylum and Non Asylum Immigration) Services from their other three branches; Clapham junction, Romford and Lewisham. These offices will be staffed with immigration solicitors in time for the commencement of the new contracts on 14th October 2010.
