I am a Solicitor in the Immigration department at Duncan Lewis. I have experience in assisting with applications to the Home Office relating to family and human rights matters. I am committed to providing excellent client care and strive to make a difference by achieving positive outcomes for clients. I have also assisted vulnerable clients in applying for indefinite leave to remain in domestic violence cases, and in successfully obtaining compensation from the Home Office in unlawful detention cases. I have assisted in the following matters:
- Entry clearance applications;
- Indefinite leave to remain applications;
- Naturalisation applications;
- Passport applications;
- Unlawful delay in processing immigration and passport applications;
- Challenges to refusals of Article 8 ECHR family and private life applications.
I am based in the Milton Keynes Office, and I regularly advise clients from within the UK and those based overseas. I am confident taking instructions both face-to-face and via remote means. I can speak English, Gujarati and Hindi fluently.
I have handled privately funded matters and I would be delighted to assist in exploring if clients are eligible for legal aid.
