Mandeep Benning

I am a Director in the Family department at Duncan Lewis Solicitors and have specialised exclusively in private family law for over a decade. I handle all areas of relationship breakdown and have extensive experience in advising and assisting clients through financial applications within divorce, judicial separation and civil partnership dissolution, as well dealing with private law Children Act proceedings. Additionally, I am frequently instructed on matters relating to prenuptial agreements, cohabitee disputes and Inheritance Act applications.

During my career, I have gained extensive experience advising in cases involving high net worth and high-profile clients, involving complex issues. I am well regarded for my sound judgement when advising clients in limited asset cases. I always seek practical and pragmatic resolutions for each of my clients.

I am an Accredited Specialist Member of Resolution; a Family Law Association for Solicitors who are committed to resolving family matters fairly and amicably.The scheme recognises members who demonstrate excellence in their specific areas of expertise - mine being in complex financial remedies and private children law. As an accredited member, I work within Resolution’s Code of Practice to promote a constructive approach to family issues and to consider the needs of the whole family.

I am fluent in Punjabi and can understand and communicate in Urdu & Hindi.
