Hartland Hamish Dick

I am a Caseworker in the Public Law department, based in the City of London office. I work under the supervision of Public Law Director Toufique Hossain and Solicitor Jamie Bell, who specialises in representing Afghan claimants in asylum, appeal and judicial review claims. I have worked at Duncan Lewis since January 2025.

Prior to joining Duncan Lewis, I worked in UNHCR's Legal Protection Team in the UK, where I conducted casework on matters including asylum, resettlement, refugee status cessation and revocation. In addition, I have three years' experience managing peacebuilding and research programmes in conflict and post-conflict theatres such as Syria and Afghanistan.
