I am a Caseworker at Duncan Lewis, working within the firm's impressive Housing Department. I assist vulnerable clients with any housing issues they may face, such as disrepair, homelessness, possession and unlawful eviction. As a Caseworker, I am resolute in my commitment to helping my clients with any of their housing law concerns. My goal is to ensure those who require support will receive proper guidance and fair treatment and navigate through any legal complexities they may face.
Prior to joining Duncan Lewis, I worked as a Paralegal at a boutique city firm, focusing on Immigration Law and Housing Disrepair. Regarding Immigration, my role included aiding a diverse range of clients, whereby I drafted various legal documentation, such as visa application forms, cover letters and appeals in order to promote the well-being of those who wish to start a life in the United Kingdom. Moreover, my work within the Housing Disrepair department has enabled me to gain a deep understanding of how a property in a state of disrepair can affect people's lives - especially those who are vulnerable. I have experience in dealing with many claims against local authorities who have neglected their tenants by failing to conduct necessary repairs. As such, I am proud to state that many cases I have worked on have settled with high client satisfaction.
