Sheena Vadher has personal experience of a family member who is neurodivergent and, prior to qualifying as a Solicitor, she worked with neurodivergent and disabled adults. Sheena is passionate about advocating for neurodivergent children and families, helping them navigate a system catered mainly for those who are neurotypical. In 2023, Sheena gained a Level 2 qualification in Understanding Autism.

Sheena is a co-founding member of Family Law Advice for the Neurodivergent Community (FLANC).
