Anisah Begum

I am a Caseworker in the Family Department at Duncan Lewis, working under the supervision of Director, Forida Hakim. In my role, I assist with a wide range of family law matters, including legal aid cases (where applicable), private and public Family law matters and Injunctions. I am experienced in handling cases involving Child Arrangements Orders, Prohibited Steps Orders, Specific Issue Orders, Non-Molestation Orders and other Family Law applications.

With a background as a Family Law Paralegal, I have gained valuable experience in supporting clients through all stages of family Court proceedings. My responsibilities include conducting client consultations, attending Court hearings, and assisting with the preparation of case bundles and legal documentation. I am passionate about delivering excellent client service and ensuring that every case is handled with care and precision.

I have an LLB from City, University of London, and I am committed to continuing to develop my skills and expertise in Family law. In addition to my legal skills, I am fluent in Bengali, which allows me to assist clients from diverse backgrounds more effectively. My role at Duncan Lewis allows me to contribute to positive outcomes for our clients.
