Amelia Birch Gardener

I am a Solicitor in the Family department at Duncan Lewis having joined the firm in January 2024. Prior to joining the firm, I completed my training contract at a large regional firm in the Midlands focussing on private family and children matters, qualifying in 2022.

I advise clients in relation to all private family law matters including divorce, financial matters, children arrangements, cohabitation disputes (including Schedule 1 and TOLATA applications), separation agreements, domestic abuse and pre-nuptial agreements.

I take a firm yet compassionate approach when advising and assisting clients with their matters and I always strive to obtain the best possible outcome for them. Prioritising the needs of the individual families is always important to me.

I am based at the City of London office and I am supervised by Director, Mandeep Benning.
