I am a Solicitor specialising in private law children and divorce and matrimonial finances.
I am experienced in representing vulnerable clients including working with those who are a victim of domestic abuse.
I pride myself on building a relationship with my clients so that I can understand their matter and provide sensible and pragmatic advice to achieve the desired outcome. I ensure that all advice given is practical, reasonable and takes into account all of your circumstances. There is no one size fits all - every family and marriage is different.
I have a background in Legal Aid matters and will assist you in obtaining funding if eligible.
I have recently received my Resolution Accreditation in Private Law Children and Matrimonial finances, evidencing my specialism in this field. As I am a member of Resolution, I will always consider the least contentious way of resolving issues; this has significant emotional benefits to both parties and also can significantly reduce legal costs. If the matter does become contentious, I ensure that my advice is robust and with the intention to achieve the desired outcome whilst acting within the Resolution Code of Conduct.

Notable Cases
Criminal Court
- Ms X v Mr Y [2023] EWHC 3170 (Fam) - A matter in which I represented the Mother where parental responsibility was removed from the Father. Comments were made as to the Father's litigation conduct and the continuing abusive behaviour during the proceedings.
