Duncan Lewis Solicitors has once again achieved exceptional recognition in the latest edition of The Legal 500 Future Lawyers 2024/25, securing wins in six categories and earning the distinction of being the highest-scoring firm in the Inclusiveness category.

The Legal 500 Future Lawyers is a student guide that identifies the top UK law firms, based on insights from current trainees. Trainees evaluate their firms across 12 categories, with the highest-scoring firms receiving recognition in the guide.
These awards place Duncan Lewis among the leading legal firms in the country for training contracts, reflecting its commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and forward-thinking environment for aspiring lawyers.
This year’s guide is the most comprehensive yet, featuring feedback from over 2,500 trainee solicitors across the UK. Duncan Lewis’s outstanding performance highlights its dedication to training the next generation of legal professionals.
Duncan Lewis has trained and supported 110 trainee solicitors (via a training contract or SQE) in the last three years, with approximately 45 commencing in the last 12 months. We have held the Investors in People Gold Standard Accreditation since 2009, where we are applauded for our "terrific programme of growing your own solicitors with many routes of entry supported". Our vibrant learning and development team has facilitated over 33,730 hours of training, both internal and external, across all personnel in the past year alone.
