Michael Stainton joined Duncan Lewis on 14 June 2010 to head up the new Personal Injury department. Michael has over 10 years' experience of personal injury litigation and has previously worked for some of the biggest personal injury practices in the country. He is now bringing his expertise to Duncan Lewis to lead this new department in order to continue our commitment to providing a full range of legal services to our clients.

The new Personal Injury team will negotiate and settle almost all kinds of PI claims including car accidents, work place accidents, trips/slips and general accident cases where someone else maybe to blame.
