Efrat Shemesh contributed an article to ALondon on what the future holds for EU nationals who want to enjoy their free-movement right to live in the UK. Efrat explains that after Brexit EU nationals who wish to work and live in the UK will require permission to do so. They will have to make applications for one of the routes available under the Immigration Rules.
