We are very pleased to report that Duncan Lewis’ trainee immigration solicitor Lewis Kett is The Times’ lawyer of the week this week because of his work on the Afghan interpreter case. This is the first time a trainee solicitor has been featured.
The Times stated;
Lewis Kett, a trainee solicitor in the immigration department of Duncan Lewis, advised the Afghan military interpreter whose successful claim for asylum - after seven years - has resulted in the Home Office “reviewing” its policy of removing Afghan military interpreters to Afghanistan.
