With over 7 years experience in Family & Childcare Proceedings and a member of the Law Society's Children and Adult Panel, Krina leads the company’s established and dynamic team based in Shepherd’s Bush whilst continuing her broad practice representing parents, family members and children as parties to Applications for Residence, Prohibited Steps, Specific Issue, Contact, Special Guardianship Orders, Child Abduction matters, Adoption Proceedings and Care Proceedings. Krina, who is fluent in Gujarati, is also an expert in emergency injunctions specialising in representing vulnerable clients subject to domestic violence.
