Harriet Phillips is a Family and Childcare Solicitor and Supervisor based in the Birmingham office at Duncan Lewis Solicitors. Harriet has experience handling a wide range of family and childcare matters. She is an accredited member of the Law Society Family Law Advanced Scheme, specialising in private children law and domestic abuse, demonstrating my expertise in these areas of law.
Anand Virdi is a Trainee Solicitor in Duncan Lewis’ Child Care department based in the firm’s Birmingham office. He currently works in Family and Childcare, dealing with Legally Aided funded matters and care proceedings. He has experience in assisting vulnerable clients with learning difficulties, mental health issues and victims of domestic abuse.
