Community Legal Advice- Telephone Legal Advice Services Contracts (30 November 2012)

Duncan Lewis is pleased to announce its successful tender for CLA Telephone Legal Advice Services contracts.
The contracts, which take effect from April 2013, have been awarded for the provision of:
- Specialist telephone legal advice in the Family, and;
- Specialist telephone legal advice in the Housing & Debt categories of law
Duncan Lewis will be providing the service CLA telephone service by 1 April 2013. The Family telephone service will be provided by a specialist team of 85 advisors many of whom are Law Society Child Accredited Panel or Family panel members. The Company also has a strong Housing team of 35 Housing and Debt advisors.
