Jasmine Carr

I am a caseworker in the child care department at Duncan Lewis Solicitors based in Milton Keynes, and work under the supervision of solicitor and director, Shazia Rana.

Having worked in the family law sector, predominately working in children law, for over 8 years I have extensive knowledge of both private and public children proceedings, as well as Family Law Act proceedings. I have mainly worked with parents, on both a private and publicly funded basis. I have wide-ranging experience working with vulnerable individuals and also those with additional needs, such as cognitive and/or psychological difficulties.

In relation to Family Law Act proceedings, I have gained extensive experience in obtaining non-molestation orders and occupation orders over the years. In a previous role I worked with a local domestic abuse organisation to ensure that those who needed advice and support could receive it in a safe and confidential environment.
