Jemma's Deprivation of Liberty Applications Profile / Experience
I am a Solicitor and Supervisor in our Milton Keynes Office. I have experience working in Family and Children Law proceedings for the past 8 years and in particular I specialise in proceedings in respect of children and domestic abuse.
I have experience advising and assisting parents in care proceedings where interim care orders are in place and there is also applications made by the Local Authority for Deprivation of Liberty. I am able to assist parents through this process and application so they fully understand the implications of such Orders being granted.
