I am a Public Law and Immigration Caseworker, working under the direct supervision of Director James Packer.
I have my own immigration cases and work with James on public law issues in immigration and other contexts such as challenges to the Criminal Cases Review Commission, and local council decisions in relation to housing and development.
Before starting at Duncan Lewis I worked as an advisor at Citizens Advice Bureau, working closely with individuals to understand the issues they are facing, and how best to address them. I therefore have a wide range of experience dealing with local authorities, ombudsman services and private companies. This allows me to approach new legal matters with confidence.
