Detention Centre contracts outcome from the Legal Services Commission (3 November 2010)

Duncan Lewis is pleased to announce the outcome of the detention centre contracts allocated to the firm from the Legal Services Commission. Duncan Lewis has been awarded contracts for onsite surgery rotas and in immigration services for fast track scheme rotas at many immigration removal centres. Duncan Lewis has one of the largest immigration departments in the UK.
Our extensive team consists of immigration partners, solicitors, trainees and caseworkers to provide help in a variety of different languages. All of our immigration team will have completed their Law Society’s Immigration & Asylum Accreditation Scheme (IAAS) to level one minimum, which is mandatory to perform immigration related work for clients. Many of our immigration team are level 2 IAAS accredited, and we have some level 3 IAAS accredited solicitors in our team, which is the highest accreditation level achievable.
