I am a Public Law Solicitor based in Duncan Lewis' Swansea office. I work under the supervision of Director James Packer on a range of public law and immigration matters.
I have substantial experience representing vulnerable clients in their immigration matters, including asylum claims, fresh claims and appeals to both the First Tier and Upper Tribunals. I regularly act in public law matters arising from this work, including challenging Home Office delays, policy and unlawful decision making by way of judicial review. I represent clients on both a private and publicly funded basis.
I also work with clients in immigration detention, both in prisons and immigration removal centres, to secure immigration bail and to bring civil claims for damages arising from false imprisonment.
