Simeon Wilmore

I specialise in a broad range of housing litigation and social welfare law including housing disrepair, unlawful evictions, homelessness, possession and judicial review. I am particularly interested in representing vulnerable clients in defending possession claims based on allegations of anti-social behaviour. I am often instructed by the Official Solicitor to act in possession and injunction proceedings brought on the basis of anti-social behaviour against tenants lacking capacity.

I am a robust litigator who thinks outside the box and will go to extra lengths in order to achieve the best resolution for my clients. I am dedicated, practical and not afraid to take on the most difficult of cases. Clients often comment on my down to earth approach which instantly puts them at ease.

I am a member of the Housing Law Practitioners’ Association.
