Sehar Siddiqui

I am a caseworker in the Housing Department at Duncan Lewis Solicitors. I am based in the City of London office, where I work under the supervision of Solicitor and Director Dianne Cowie.

My role is to assist a team of solicitors and other caseworkers in the day-to-day progression of casework involving a variety of housing issues such as:

• Publicly-funded housing law
• Homelessness
• Possession
• Housing conditions and disrepair
• Statutory housing and tenancy rights
• Judicial Review
• Landlord and tenant issues

As a housing paralegal, I am keen to assist my clients to the best of my abilities and looking forward to the challenges ahead. I have gained profound knowledge and understanding in Immigration and Asylum working as an OISC Level 1 advisor. ] I am fluent in Urdu which allows me to communicate effectively and ultimately build a good professional relationship with clients from different backgrounds.
