I am a law graduate who joined Duncan Lewis as a Caseworker in the Immigration Department, under the supervision of Solicitor Marina Khan and Director Satvir Sahota. I will be assisting with a range of immigration cases and legal matters. I am also working towards achieving my Immigration and Asylum Law Accreditation.
My background includes extensive international experience in the immigration sector, particularly through my work in Cairo, where I collaborated with the UNHCR to provide legal assistance to refugees and provide information about their legal entitlements. I dedicated significant time whilst abroad researching immigration and humanitarian issues further which I hope will support me effectively in my role as a caseworker.
I am driven by a strong ambition to help the most vulnerable, and committed to building a long-term career in the Immigration Department, which I find deeply rewarding.
I am fluent in both Arabic and English.
