I am a solicitor within Duncan Lewis’ City of London office, specialising in Private Children Law, Matrimonial Finances and Divorce.

I have experience dealing with Private Children Law cases dealing with Child Arrangement Orders, Specific Issue Orders and Prohibited Steps Orders and offering practical legal advice to clients with the view to resolving matters amicably. In the event court proceedings are necessary, I work with my clients to achieve their desired outcome, ensuring that this is within the best interest of the child/children. My motivation comes from being able to rebuild a parent and child relationship, in particular when it comes to young vulnerable children who are trapped in the midst of couple disagreements.

I am adapt to dealing with Private Divorce and Matrimonial Financial matters providing practical legal advice on the division of matrimonial assets following the breakdown of a marriage. I recognise the importance of providing transparent advice and being able to identify cost effective actions to progress matters quickly and efficiently.

I understand dealing with family matters can be daunting, and they bring with them their share of emotions and significant legal fees. I pride myself in conducting my cases with a sensitive and empathetic approach to ensure that clear, concise and cost effective practical advice is provided to each client to settle matters and avoid disproportionate legal costs.

I have experience representing clients at FHDRA’s, DRA’s and direction hearings in relation to Private Children matters, FA’s, FDR’s in relation to Matrimonial Finances and Return and Ex-parte hearings in relation to Non-molestation and Occupation applications.

I am fluent in Bengali.
