Mia Robson

I am a Paralegal in the Child Care and Family department at Duncan Lewis Solicitors.

I assist Krina Parmar, Director of Family and Child Care Law, in all aspects of our cases. We undertake work in public law and private law children matters such as child arrangement orders, special guardianship orders, child abduction matters, adoption proceedings and care proceedings to include serious non-accidental injuries where a baby has died.

Additionally, I possess a degree level understanding of other laws such as Criminal Law, Land Law, Contract Law, Tort Law, European Union Law, etc.

Prior to joining Duncan Lewis, I partook in a period of judge marshalling, building my understanding of criminal justice and our court system in England and Wales.
