I am a Solicitor working in the Immigration Department at Duncan Lewis Solicitors.

I represent clients in many areas of immigration law, advising on areas which incorporate applications under the points-based system; citizenship; bail applications; removal cases; nationality matters; long residence; and leave to enter and remain applications under the immigration rules. I have experience in handling a variety of matters that involve different applications, these include; spousal visa applications; unmarried partner visa applications; fiancé visa applications,; EEA nationals applications and asylum applications. I also work on illegal working and compliance matters, completing and submitting in-time appeals against refusals or undue delay caused by the Home Office.

I have represented clients on a array of Judicial Review matters, these include challenging the decision of the Secretary of State for the Home Department to deport, remove or unlawfully detain a client. I am known for my keen eye for perfection, professional elegance and resilient ambition to meet all expectations; carrying out all instructions and ensuring client satisfaction is achieved in every case I am assigned. My specialism and managerial skills are my strongest attributes. My robust ability to work under extreme pressure and in a fast pace environment is what allows me to represent each of my clients with complete satisfaction.

I am a member of the Solicitors Regulations Authority; admitted to the Roll of Solicitors of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in June 2016.

  • "Absolutely faultless service from Duncan Lewis. In particular Krutika at the Harrow branch. Her professionalism and skill kept us confident throughout our case. We were kept informed and up to date with all information relating to our case. Best of all she secured us the best possible result! Would definitely recommend, in fact we already have! Biggest thankyou from us" - Clients, December 2019

  • "Honest and transparent legal advise, Tamana and Krutika were very supportive, kind and understanding throughout a very hectic immigration matter. I am very grateful to both for guiding me along the way that led to the successful grant of my visa application." - Client, January 2019

  • ""Very good services I received regarding my immigration matter from Tamana and Krutika of Duncan Lewis Solicitors. Guided me in every step and help me prepare for my interviews etc. Went an extra miles ahead for my case work and kept me posted, well informed with every little changes and improvements in my case. Tamana and Krutika formed an Excellent team for my case and provided outstanding services which eventually resulted in successful outcome. Will definitely recommend to anyone dealing with any legal issue especially immigration." - Client, December 2018

  • "We won our immigration appeal! Our lawyers prepared extensive documentation to prove we met the financial requirement and took detailed witness statements. Our case was originally put on the float list by the court but my lawyer Tamana successfully argued that due to my anxiety disorder the case should be heard the same day - she arrived one hour early prior to the start of the court session to negotiate this. My husband has a wedding to attend at the start of December and we were worried he wouldn't be able to attend because the hearing might be delayed. Just three weeks after the appeal hearing my husband's passport and BRP has been returned. I found the disbursement fees to be very fair as I was only charged £60 for my lawyer to travel from London to Birmingham for the appeal hearing. Tamana and Krutika were both very honest and transparent about the appeal process both with regards to the time it would take and the likelihood of winning. In my case, they informed me I had a very high chance of which they could have easily been more tentative about. I will definitely use their services again for my next immigration application." - Client, October 2018

  • "...I would not think of any other Solicitors to contact if you have immigration problem...thanks to Tamana Aziz and Krutika Patel...big thanks to them and I will highly recommend to any one who has any kind of immigration problem." - Client, August 2018
