Karina Petkova

I am a Solicitor in the Housing department at the head office in the City of London.

I have been working in the housing field since 2018. I have expertise in a broad range of housing litigation and social welfare law including housing disrepair, statutory reviews and appeals, unlawful evictions, injunctions, s.202 reviews, homelessness and possession.

I take great pride in representing vulnerable individuals and ensuring they obtain the best outcome throughout their cases. I am willing to act under extreme time pressures to enable access to justice for all.

As well as managing an extensive caseload, I am also part of the Housing Possession Court Duty Scheme; working as a duty solicitor in the Central London County Court.
