I am a Solicitor in the Immigration and Public Law departments. I am a qualified senior caseworker under the Law Society’s Immigration and Asylum accreditation scheme. I have extensive experience in a wide range of immigration matters including asylum, asylum and immigration appeals, detention casework, bail, entry clearance, domestic violence, deportation and trafficking.
I particularly specialise in dealing with vulnerable individuals suffering from complex psychological issues, victims of torture, vulnerable detained individuals and victims of trafficking.
I hold an enhanced CRB so that I can represent unaccompanied asylum seeking children.
I have experience in dealing with Public Law Judicial Review cases. I have handled Judicial Review litigation concerning issues such as unlawful detention/false imprisonment, removals to European countries under the Dublin Convention, removals of vulnerable individuals, challenges to policy/law relating to victims of torture/trafficking and various Human Rights claims.
