I am a Director in the Family and Child Care Department at Duncan Lewis and am ranked and recognised by the Legal 500 as a specialist in my field for Child Care and Family matters.
I have extensive experience in acting for victims of domestic violence including Non Molestation orders and Occupation orders which frequently falls within the scope of legal aid. I take a sensitive, empathetic and proactive approach which is crucial during an extremely traumatic time to ensure that the victim is protected immediately. I also provide advice in relation to ensuring that the safety of any children of the family is ensured which may overlap with applications for Child Arrangements orders in respect of where the child will live and who they will spend time with in a safe environment.
