Sameena Alarakhia

I am a caseworker in the Family and Child Care Department at Duncan Lewis Solicitors and I am based in the Leicester Office. I work under the supervision of director, Olamide Olayemi. I joined Duncan Lewis Solicitors in May 2023 after completing my undergraduate LLB Law degree in 2021 and my LPC/LLM in 2022.

I have gained experience in dealing with a range of clients that have different needs. I am able to assist clients who are vulnerable, have learning difficulties and/or have suffered from domestic violence. I am able to support new and existing clients in a wide range family and child care matters.

My role primarily involves assisting director, Olamide Olayemi with cases including preparing documents and speaking to clients and third parties in private law proceedings such as non-molestation order matters, occupation order matters, and applications for contact and residence
