Ruman's Domestic Violence Profile / Experience
I am a Solicitor in the Family Department at Duncan Lewis Solicitors. I joined in March 2021 and work with a team of Solicitors and Caseworkers in the Birmingham office under the supervision of Director Jasbir Raindi.
I represent parents and family members as parties to applications for Child Arrangement Orders, Non-Molestation Orders, Occupation Orders, Prohibited Steps Orders, Specific Issue Orders and care proceedings.
I have significant experience assisting vulnerable clients including those whom are victims of domestic abuse.
