I am a Director and Supervisor overseeing our Dalston office and I have been qualified for almost 20 years. I specialise in all aspects of Family and Children Law proceedings, to include non molestation and occupation Orders, forced marriage protection Orders and female genital mutilation Orders. Domestic abuse can include children and legal aid is available subject to a means and merits test.
I understand how difficult it is when these issues arise in a family relationship, and am able to deal with such matters with empathy, sympathy, patience and expertise.
