Isobel's Deprivation of Liberty Applications Profile / Experience
I assist Alia Lewis on cases representing children and parents in Deprivation of Liberty and Secure Accommodation Applications, as stand-alone applications or within care proceedings. These applications can lead to extremely restrictive orders being made, where an individual’s human rights require protection. As a team we work tirelessly to ensure that the right placement is sought for each child, with a special interest in representing neurodiverse children.
