I am a Director and Supervisor overseeing our Dalston office and I have been qualified for almost 20 years. I specialise in all aspects of Family and Children Law proceedings, to include deprivation of liberty Orders.

Deprivation of liberty can arise in care proceedings or as a stand alone application. I acted in one of the leading UKSC cases - Re T, and was able to change the way in which this area of law is dealt with.
