Profile / Experience
I am a Solicitor in the Housing Team at Duncan Lewis Solicitors. I act for both tenants and landlords. I have experience working on various matters including as mentioned, Landlord and Tenant, neighbour disputes, possession hearings and disrepair cases. I have experience acting as a Duty solicitor as well as in court. I have attended various Citizen Advice Bureaus and have advised on various aspects of law including litigation and contested possession hearings.
I assist and have experience in both publicly funded (legal aid) and privately funded clients. I am passionate about fighting for the rights of the underdog and where a miscarriage of justice has prevailed.
