David Garrick

I am a Caseworker in the Public Law team based in the Duncan Lewis City of London office. I work under the supervision of Maria Petrova-Collins and Toufique Hossain. I assist on judicial review cases relating to matters including asylum, human rights and immigration detention issues. Furthermore, I work on civil claim matters for individuals seeking compensation following unlawful detention. Prior to joining Duncan Lewis, I worked in the climate change sector for 6 years. I then volunteered for several grassroots organisations supporting displaced people across Europe before completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Law in 2023.
