Daniel Rochelle

I joined the Housing Department at Duncan Lewis Solicitors in 2024 and currently work in the Birmingham Office under the supervision of Solicitor Amandeep Bains and Director Manjinder Kaur Atwal.

I assist on a range of cases, including homelessness cases, possession proceedings, suitability reviews, housing litigation, eviction proceedings, disrepair claims, harassment issues, injunction proceedings, and judicial review applications.

I have previous experience in charity work aiding vulnerable clients through my time working with Citizens Advice Bureau. I am dedicated to supporting clients and achieving the best possible outcome for them, with the belief that everyone deserves fair treatment.

I am committed to becoming a solicitor, and have a long-term aim to take the SQE exams and qualify in the profession.
