Claire Wells

I am a Solicitor in the Family and Child Care department at Duncan Lewis Solicitors, working in the Manchester office under the supervision of Emily Reed. I joined Duncan Lewis in July 2021 as a caseworker and later began my training contract wit the firm in October 2022, qualifying as a Solicitor in April 2024.

I work with an experienced team of solicitors, trainees and caseworkers in the day-to-day progression of cases involving public law children work, child contact matters, divorce, financial matters, Non-Molestation Orders and FGM Protection Orders.

Before joining Duncan Lewis, I gained valuable experience helping vulnerable clients during my time volunteering for the Salford Citizens Advice bureau and have previously undertaken work placements within family law.
