I am a Solicitor in the Clinical Negligence Department at Duncan Lewis Solicitors, based in the City of London office. I work alongside Director Renu Daly and a team of dedicated clinical negligence solicitors and caseworkers.
I provide legal representation in respect of clinical negligence claims involving birth injuries, medical misdiagnosis, surgical errors, delayed treatment and dental negligence. I have also previously worked on cases involving inadequate consent to mesh implantation surgeries. I have experience in drafting detailed legal documents, working closely with independent medical experts and quantifying claims.
I take a proactive approach to progressing cases efficiently and aim to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients. I have been involved in a number of mediations and successfully settled several cases.
I guide clients through complex legal processes with empathy and professionalism, ensuring they feel supported at every stage.
