- Assisting with employment tribunal claims and representation;
I represent both employees and employers, frequently working closely with Human Resources teams to pre-empt and resolve workplace disputes without litigation wherever possible. My practice involves a particular focus on discrimination matters across all protected characteristics under the Equality Act.
