I am a Caseworker at Duncan Lewis in the Public Law department, based in the City of London office.
In my role as a Caseworker within this department I will be assisting on various Judicial Review claims mainly related to immigration and currently with the Rwanda policy, this will take up the majority of my work and cases I am involved in.
Joining Duncan Lewis' Public Law department at the height of the Rwanda policy claims and actions will undoubtedly be a very rewarding experience as it can be considered a critical point in time in relation to immigration and asylum law. I have a background in private immigration law which has provided a base for my role as a caseworker in the Public Law department, under Director Bahar Ata, who specialises in Public Law, practising in Immigration and Human Rights Judicial Review claims.
I am fluent in Turkish, which enables me to take instructions in the Turkish language if necessary.
